2015/2016 was an exciting year with many successful performances by all the groups. They started with tree lightings in neighboring communities and several holiday performances. The annual spaghetti feed, Jazzapalooza, was a big hit and had everyone on their feet. The marching band brought home 1st place trophies in all categories for the Apple Blossom Parade. We performed our Spring Concert at the Luther Burbank Center for the Arts.
For 2016/2017 we're back with exciting performance line-up.
Come to the Friends of Music meeting on the second Wednesday of the month 7:00 p.m. in the Band Room. We're planning all kinds of fun events and we need your help!

What would it look like if there was no Friends of Music to enrich the tiny budget at El Molino's music program? There would be no new sheet music, no assistant music teachers, no accompanist, no awards night, no field trips, no scholarships, competitions or festivals and the students would perform in jeans and tennis shoes. We need parent involvement to keep the program afloat. So if you value your child's music education, please email Anne Paneno, our Volunteer Coordinator to sign up to help with one of fundraising activities or events (there are large and small jobs throughout the year) or donate money to Friends of Music (Friends of Music is a 501(c)(3) non-profit and your donation is tax-deductible.
